Our backgrounds are new product development, marketing, trend prediction, product and sales training, buying and retailing in the cosmetics industry, so we like to think we have a unique understanding of the business. We can anticipate what impact a top level decision will have all the way to the shop floor, potentially avoiding any costly mistakes. Before we became Bombshells we worked at Aveda, Estee Lauder, Molton Brown, Pout, Shu Uemura and Urban Retreat. Our regular stomping ground is in the ‘masstige’ and premium brand arenas. |
